Need players who are in form/or younger in the squad

Likes of Carragher, Heskey and Upson out, to be replaced by Gary Cahill (yeah I'm biased), Darren Bent and Ryan Shawcross. I believe Cahill and Shawcross could be England's CB partnership in 2014

With Terry and Lampard now out of the first qualifiers (a blow), our centre-back partnership will be without Terry or Ferdinand.
Terry and Lampard will probably suddenly be fit and available for Chelsea's next game

Probably Dawson and Jagielka will start at the back. I'd play Dawson and Cahill, but that's just me

Yes, midfield is a little bit complicated, will Gerrard be moved to centre-midfield or will Capello decide to put him further forward. Walcott and Milner probably on the wings

Token Yank
Capello felt hopeless knowing he probably couldn't yank Heskey out of international retirement for Euro 2012. So resignation was the only option.

Is Guus Hiddink doing anything? He seems to take teams of all sorts far beyond their capabilities.

No he quit Turkey after he failed to get them to the Euros

I'd prefer him to take over to be honest, although I wouldn't be too bothered if 'Arry got it
