Great to see Jim Nantz do another stint on the BBC commentary today. He said he could be back tomorrow too

I hope so as I missed him yesterday.

Does anyone agree that Andrew Cotter will eventually succeed Peter Alliss as the BBC number 1 for golf?, I think he's had another excellent tournament and with his Rugby Union and Wimbledon work he should be one of the voices of BBC Sport for a long time to come.

I think it's Michael Kay and Ken Singleton doing the MLB game between Tampa Bay and the New York Yankees on the YES Network. Kimberly Jones is sideline reporter

Andrew Cotter is a perfect example of somebody crossing from radio and making good on tv. He was a good reporter on Scot FM (the predecessor of Real Radio) in Edinburgh.

NFL commentary pairings should be announced very soon. Dick Enberg has retired and CBS has hired young Spero Dedes as a result.

I can't wait for FOX's lineup so that they can mangle every Seattle Seahawks game imaginable.

With Joe Buck you can take "Seattle Seahawks" out of that sentence

Buck is tame compared to Dick Stockton, who is....atrocious. I can't think of many UK football commentators who have had sons follow in their father's footsteps. His rise to #1 is absolutely ridiculous.

I remember last year we were tied 17-17 against Arizona and he said the Cardinals had the lead. Then when Atlanta played the New York Jets weeks later he said "Atlanta with the extra point to tie the game." despite Atlanta already being up by 2.

Oh and great there are UK NFL fans after all! ;-)

First ever 3D broadcast of darts tonight, with separate commentary teams.

Sid Waddell and Stuart Pyke are doing the 3D coverage with John Gwynne and the magnificent Dave Lanning catering for us meagre HD punters.

You would think you wouldn't need two commentary pairings for Darts!

If they still use different replays, the normal commentary may not "make sense". Besides, they would have already been there anyway

Meanwhile, Mario Impemba and Rod Allen are commentating on the MLB game between Toronto and Detroit for Fox Sports Detroit
