Could you elaborate on some of Andy Gray's analysis, particularly regarding the Tottenham goal on Saturday?

For the record, I thought that Alan Shearer's analysis on Saturday of that incident was insightful and informative.

He explained how Gallas WAS interfering with play when Shearer insisted he didn't (blocking the keepers view, going for the ball, and even slightly touching it (as shown on an angle BBC didn't use)). All backed up by the fact Keys told us Gallas has admitted to slightly touching the ball.

Shearer on the other hand told us of the rule for offside, then argued against it to prove Gallas wasn't interfering with play, despite the fact Gallas clearly made an attempt at the ball in an offside position.

Gray's analysis was much clearer and definately more insightful to what I saw on Saturday's show from Shearer. It does really make the point, would MOTD be better as just highlights? Does it need new pundits? At the moment, they aren't doing themselves many favours.

Must be verging on the impossible to predict Sky's commentary teams, particularly on weeks with MNF and Champions League.

Mann's actually had a good opening 10 minutes to premier League commentary. More consistant than Leslie at least!

This will hot up the competition! This will be the first where no points have been won I think!

I wonder what the Sky commentary rank is now.
I would think this
1 Tyler
2 Hawthorne
3 Parry
4 Leslie (FL Number 1)
5 Mann
6 Crocker (SPL)
= Weaver

I think Crocker is 6th because nobody can fill in for SPL. I don't care with commentary's like this from Mann

YES!!!!!!!!!! I guess that's the hint he gave to me when I talked to him.

But why the hell is this in 3D?

D'oh! Should slap myself with that one.

Meanwhile, Tyler and Walsh are commentating on the international feed.

Phillips is pretty good for a debut, much better than Yorke.

Sky are trying out these commentators to see if they can use them in the future. Phillips could be used in the future!
