The FA Cup will be returning to the BBC from 2014/15 is a joint deal with BT. Also, the European Court have thrown out FIFA'S appeal to stop World Cup matches going to satellite in the UK

News is breaking that BT have signed an exclusive deal for Champions League football from 2015, and early reports suggest that this will end all terrestrial coverage. Whether they "sub-let" one game to ITV/BBC remains to be seen.

Sounds as though they won't be subletting to anyone, just showing the finals and some games on a free to air basis

It's a shame they couldn't show one game per week FTA, or a terrestrial channel could retain a similar package, but money talks. Especially just short of 900mil!
